Hitzacker doesn't have much choice in restaurants. But the restaurant was very good - the service was very nice and friendly, the food was very good and the Gorgonzola pizza was exceptionally tasty. The visit was worth it.

We had a nice place on the outside terrace with a great view of the Elbe. Be sure to enjoy the tasty regional craft beer "Wendlandbräu". Good food too. Tables are set well apart. Clear restaurant recommendation!

Only 3 stars, I don't really know this restaurant, wanted to drink a beer on the Elbe. I entered the wrong entrance, no mask on, dog barked at me, young friendly girl took my order, had to go to the toilet, then came back a slightly older waitress like the lady before ..... No mask, there is the door ..... Was my first visit to this shop and probably also my last ...... Looked good, ambience etc. was right ..... Because I was in the car because of the mask (none of the dining customers had one open, it's also bad to eat then 😉) haven't seen anything else from the shop. I drove home But it seems to be a good shop 👍🏻

Beautifully situated with a view of the Elbe. Good value for money. Everything freshly cooked from regional ingredients. It tastes great!

Very tasty burger eaten with sweet potato fries - delicious! Super nice service, great wine, cozy restaurant - what more could you want! Price performance absolutely satisfactory. Gladly again.

The island kitchen in Hitzacker is highly recommended. The dishes are excellent, a varied menu does not always make the selection easy, because everything is really very good. The atmosphere is also pleasant, the staff extremely friendly. Many tables offer a wonderful view of the Elbe. For the evening this is my favorite address in Hitzacker.

Good service

We were there after a family event, even though we were a group of 40 people, all the food was pretty much perfect, quality surf and turf, friendly service, we´re coming back :)

Food was weird, over-spiced, over-priced. Also people next to us ate like spasticated half-apes.

Service was terrible. They refused to serve us because we came 45 minutes before closing time.
